With service providers

We use providers for hosting, infrastructure, databases, storage, email delivery, payments, analytics, security, monitoring, support, and AI-assisted features. For an AI-assisted feature, we may send the relevant instructions, project details, keyword settings, and public content needed to produce a classification, summary, relevance score, or draft.

Service providers process information for us under their own legal and privacy obligations.

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is needed to comply with law, a court order, or a lawful government request; investigate fraud or abuse; enforce our Terms; protect the service; or protect a person’s rights, safety, or property.

Business changes

If Nazare Studios Pty Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be shared as part of that transaction. We will continue to protect personal information and give notice where required.

6. Overseas processing

We operate from Australia. Some providers and connected services may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Privacy laws in those countries may differ from Australian law. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements that protect personal information.
