No. sociallisteningapi credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not refund unused or partly used credits. This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under laws that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe a charge was made in error or the service failed to meet a legal guarantee, contact support with your account email and billing receipt so we can review it.
